However, due to photography lighting, the individual settings of your display screen, and the handmade nature of many of its pieces, the color, clarity of gemstones, metal finish, and overall appearance may vary from the images shown. Please carefully review the provided dimensions including chain length, pendant size before ordering. Exchanges due to size or style preference are subject to the Company Return Policy and stock availability.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of LossTitle and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon the Company release of the Product to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not liable for any delays in transit caused by the carrier or other events beyond the Company reasonable control.
5. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

5.1. Eligibility & Condition

The Company offers a 14-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee from the date of delivery, provided the item(s) are in their original, unworn, and pristine condition. To be eligible, items must be returned with all original packaging intact and unused, including presentation boxes, pouches, certificates of authenticity, tags, and protective materials. Any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or removed tags will result in the refusal of the return.

5.2. Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE:

Earrings for pierced ears.

Customized or personalized jewelry including items with engravings.

Any item marked Final Sale or Clearance.

5.3. Inspection Upon Receipt

You must inspect your jewelry immediately upon delivery for any manufacturing defects including loose stones, broken clasps or shipping damage. To report an issue, you must contact the Company Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

5.4. Refund Processing Timelines

All approved monetary refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

The refund process will begin within a minimum of 14 business days from the Company warehouse’s receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

For refunds processed via PayPal, funds will typically appear in your PayPal account within 14 days after the Company initiates the refund.

Compliance Notice: In certain jurisdictions, PayPal’s own policies or local regulations may extend the refund processing period for PayPal transactions to up to 30 days.
