Shipping Costs: All shipping and insurance costs are borne by the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.
Returns & Refunds Policy
General Return Eligibility
- 14-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds take a minimum of 14 business days to process. For PayPal refunds, processing may take 14-30 business days, depending on regional legal requirements.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking. We recommend using a secure, traceable method.
- Return Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
Refund Process

- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) with the RA number visible on the package.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Once you confirm custom ring or bracelet measurements, your order enters personalized production and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned, except in cases of documented sizing data entry error on our part.

Items personalized with engraving, date stamps, fingerprints, or custom messages become highly personalized after final customer confirmation. These are non-returnable under any circumstances.
4. “Micro-Artwork” Appreciation Period & Collectibility
Handcrafted, enamel, or engraved art jewelry has a 3-day appraisal period from delivery for inspecting craftsmanship. After this period, only significant manufacturing flaws are eligible for professional assessment and repair—not return.

Our subscription jewelry boxes offer a curated “surprise discovery” experience. Due to their nature, returns based on personal preference are not accepted.
6. “Antique & Vintage” Time-Honored Pieces
Each vintage/antique item includes a detailed condition report. All sales are final, celebrating their unique history and patina.
7. “Gemstone Upgrade” & “Style Reset” Service
For trade-in or redesign services: original pieces are assessed based on metal purity, weight, gem condition, and market value. The new item has a fresh warranty. The original piece becomes our property upon receipt.
8. “Art Collaboration Limited Edition” Resale Restrictions
Numbered limited editions from artist collaborations may not be resold on specified secondary platforms. Violation results in revoked purchasing privileges and售后 support.
9. “3D/Digital Modeling” Irreversible Milestones
For digitally modeled/3D-printed custom pieces: digital model confirmation, print initiation, and post-processing (e.g., plating) are irreversible milestones. Orders cannot be canceled or changed past these points.

Items born from community voting have “collective creation” value. Returns are only accepted for production errors, not for aesthetic mismatch.
11. “Digital Asset-Bundled Jewelry” Dual Ownership Return
If your purchase includes an associated NFT, a return requires both physical item return and blockchain transfer of the NFT to our designated wallet. Failure in either step voids the return.

Independent Gemstone Certificates
GIA, GRS, or other lab reports included with your purchase are part of its value. They must be returned with the item. Lost certificates result in a deduction from any refund.
Seasonal & Accelerated Wear
Items designed for seasonal use (e.g., poolside jewelry, winter layers) may experience accelerated wear. Natural aging from intended use is not covered under warranty.
Material Oxidation & Care Responsibility
Sterling silver tarnishes; gold plating may wear. We provide care guidelines. Deterioration from improper care is not eligible for return or warranty.
Free Sizing Adjustments & Return Eligibility
Accepting our complimentary ring/bracelet sizing adjustment service renders the item “serviced” and ineligible for standard returns.
Pre-Order & Waitlist Orders
Pre-orders are locked upon payment. Address changes or cancellations are not accepted. Estimated ship dates are approximations; delays do not justify cancellation.
Themed Gift Set Completeness
Multi-component gift sets (e.g., jewelry + scarf + fragrance) must be returned complete and unused. Damaged packaging may incur a fee.

Any references to gemstone “energy” or “spiritual properties” are cultural or traditional beliefs—not functional promises. Returns based on unmet metaphysical expectations are not accepted.
Durability Tiers: Everyday vs. Adventure Lines
“Everyday” and “Adventure” collections have different durability standards. Scratches or wear from intense activities (climbing, hiking) are considered normal for adventure lines.
Trade-In Program: Old Jewelry Assessment
Trade-in value is determined by metal purity, weight, gem condition, and brand. Once shipped, old jewelry becomes our property irrevocably.
Holiday Peak Season Transparency
During high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Christmas), handmade order delays may occur. An order queue tool is provided. Cancellations due to communicated delays may incur cost recovery fees.
Virtual Try-On Limitation
AR try-on simulations vary based on camera, lighting, and screen color—they may not match the physical item exactly. Please judge by the actual product.
Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan
Our lifetime cleaning/inspection service is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase. It excludes repairs due to accidents, wear, or unauthorized alterations.
